In this one-time only improvisational theater workshop you will learn tips, tricks and tools to be more dynamic, self-confident, and inspired, on stage and off! Through fun games and exercises participants learn to trust their instincts, turn fear into inspired energy and bring their playfulness to presentations.

    About The Teacher

Anoo Tree Brod is an award winning actress living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, performing with Transactors Improv Company, the longest running improv company in the Southeast. In addition to performing on stage and in film, she  teaches improv workshops and corporate trainings in businesses, corporations, and universities throughout the United States.  She loves helping people learn to play and be fully themselves using Wild Mind Improv, her powerful technique for catalyzing connection, confidence and heart-opening. Her teaching style is rooted in physicality, intuition and  instincts, and helps students find their true authentic self-expression on stage and off..
